Full speed ahead getting the skeletal bill passed 2026
Rest of the skeleton will be added & then secondary legislation and guidance (2027+)
Our experience tells us that is unlikely to create change for Pre-97
What does that mean for HPPA and Pre-97 Alliance members?
We must continue to do everything we can now as the Bill goes through Lords and then back to the Commons.
