Hi,
I see no compelling reason for HP to change its position wrt cost of living increases for UK pensioners.
Therefore, I think we need to pursue legislation to force them to pay it, as is the case with all other countries.
Interestingly, when some HPE transferred staff to DXC, the Digital Section of the EDS pension plan was setup. The pre-97 discretionary part of the pension was replaced with a 3% LPI.
