Hewlett Packard Pensioners Association (HPPA) is an association of former Digital Equipment Corp (DEC), HP and EDS employees whose pensions have significantly failed to keep pace with inflation through Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) lack of increases over the past 20 years.
